🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the Arab Republic of Egypt only.

Order processing time is 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the customer’s governorate and the shipping company.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the governorate and are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

If the customer fails to respond or refuses to receive the order without a valid reason, the customer will bear the full shipping cost.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a clear and fair exchange policy:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of exchange, except when the error is from our side.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • All returned items will be inspected before approval.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
